What We Need from You:
Provide clear info and feedback, and approve deliverables on time. Delays on your end may shift timelines.

Payment:
We offer project-based plans, monthly plans, and customized plans for custom demands.

Who Owns What:
Once you pay in full, you own the work (except for third-party content we use).

Confidentiality:
We’ve got your back. Your ideas and data are safe with us.

What Happens if Things Go Wrong:
If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to what you paid us for the project. Our internal investigation team will review everything from a neutral standpoint.

Changes:
We might update these terms from time to time, and we’ll notify you if we do.
