When You Can Ask for One:
- If you’re not vibing with the work, contact us within 24 hours to be eligible for a full or partial refund. - If we messed up or missed a deadline, we’ll consider a refund—either full or partial. - We reserve the ultimate right to assess whether it qualifies for partial (what %) or full refund. How to Request:
- Email us at mvpship@comflix.org with your details and an explanation of what went wrong. - If approved, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. What’s Not Refundable:
- Once you approve and use the work, refunds are off the table. - Custom-made deliverables created just for you are non-refundable.
